COCO Fest

Each year from late October to early November, our club hosts COCO Fest, celebrating the vibrant Mexican tradition of El Día de los Muertos. 

  • Fun Spanish Games: Test your knowledge with interactive games that make learning enjoyable.

  • Spanish Music: Enjoy traditional and contemporary Spanish tunes, from salsa to ballads.

  • Dancing Bachata: Get moving with a fun Bachata dance session for all skill levels.

  • Food and Culture: Savor authentic Latin American dishes while learning about the holiday’s significance.

Stress relief activities

As exams approach, we’re organizing DIY sessions to help students unwind while exploring Hispanic culture. Participants can learn to create items like papel picado, piñatas, paper masks, cards, and more.

Quest game

Join us for an exciting Quest Day right before COCO Fest! In this interactive game, students will search for the pieces of a famous altar used for El Día de los Muertos. As you solve clues and complete challenges, you’ll learn about the significance of each altar component. Participants will have the chance to win fun prizes, so gather your friends and get ready for a night of adventure and learning!

Come to the Daily Cup at 7 PM for a night of fun and music! Sing along to your favorite songs, including a special selection of Spanish hits. We'll have engaging games and activities to keep the energy high and the laughs coming. Whether you’re a shower singer or a seasoned pro, everyone’s welcome to join in the fun.
